Be appreciated for the knowledge and experience you have gained in the insurance industry. As a TeleTech Property & Casualty Licensed Agent, you’ll be taking inbound calls and other customer inquiries for one of the largest, most well-known - and yes FUN - insurance providers in the nation.
You will be explaining coverage on auto, renters and valuable personal property policies, adding or removing drivers or vehicles to policy, increasing or decreasing coverage on policies and adding new policies as needed.
Experience you’ll need or want to be successful:
• Active Property and Casualty license; must remain compliant with licensing requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Multitasking and time management skills
• Ability to be empathetic, positive and upbeat in written and verbal communications
• Computer skills
• This position will require a Property and Casualty license. You must pass a licensing exam within a designated number of attempts and have the ability to become licensed in all applicable states.
• TeleTech will pay for your state licensing if you do not currently have an active license
