Cabinet Shop Worker in Red Bluff, CA
Job responsibilities of the Cabinet Shop Worker:
- Saw lumber and sheet goods to proper dimensions
- Operate table saw, cut off saw, and other power tools
- Assemble case goods and install face frames
- Reinforce joints using glue, clamps, nails, and screws
- Sand wooden surfaces, apply veneer, stain and polish to finished product
- Cut templates, route, join, sand, and finish counter tops
- Install cabinets and counter tops
Job requirements of the Cabinet Shop Worker:
- Must be able to read, follow, and understand plans and drawings
- Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
- Valid drivers’ license preferred
- Two years’ cabinet experience preferred
