Customer Service Position
- 30-40 inbound calls per day
- Resolve customer issues on the 1st call
- MUST provide excellent product knowledge and de-escalate angry or upset customers
- MUST have excellent communication skills
- Shift: Monday - Saturday 8am-7pm
- Must be flexible with schedule
