Full Time Backroom Supervisor - Full-time / Part-time

 Specifically we are seeking a Full Time, Hourly Backroom Supervisor in our Hoover, AL store.  This position requires a flexible schedule to include days, weekends, and holidays. This position is responsible for supervising the backroom team, unloading trucks, receiving the merchandise, preprocessing/ticketing all merchandise, maintaining an organized backroom, inventory control functions, maintaining a safe and productive backroom, fixture building, some merchandise presentation, customer interaction, etc.

 Key Responsibilities:

 · Assesses Store Plans with available scheduled associates

 · Assigns stocking/recovery jobs according to priorities and skill set

 · Directs stocking and preprocessing activities

 · Maintains salesfloor organization

 · Executes Merchandising Plans

 · Calculates Productivity results

 · Evaluates effectiveness of the store plan

 · Discusses the results with Management

 · Ensures a high level of customer service on the Sales Floor.
  

Requirements:
 

Previous Retail Supervisory Experience Required in the following:

 · Backroom Functions

 · Stocking Process

 · Preprocessing

 · Pending Merchandise

 · Equipment/Tools

 · Unloading a Truck

 · Salesfloor organization
