Store Manager
Responsibilities and Duties:
* Design, formulate, and enforce policies, functions, and operational changes
* Determine staff and supervisory requirements
* Coordinate training activities
* Prepare special reports, reviews, and recommendations on the purchase of new equipment
* Ensure excellent guest service
* Ensure that the store is properly staffed
* Ensure development of team members
* Maintain product quality standards
Requirements and Qualifications
* Walking and standing for the entire shift
* Able to reach and stoop during work,
* Able to lift and carry objects as and when necessary
* Strong leadership skills
* Strong reasoning skills and decision making processes
* Strong organizational and problem solving skills
* Ability to motivate team members
