Cashier/Packer Summary
Our cashier/packer positions are responsible for preparing, packaging and delivering our great food to customers and are a critical link to the success of the company. Being a cashier/packer means exhibiting a friendly, enthusiastic attitude while performing job assignments, showing a caring attitude for customers and fellow employees, and maintaining the company’s operational quality and cleanliness standards.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to learn in a fast paced environment. The ability to maintain cash variances at acceptable levels. Project a professional appearance and a positive attitude at all times in the restaurant.
Essential Responsibilities
- Prepares and presents quality products at all times.
- Maintains a neat and clean work area.
- Maintains adequately stocked workstations.
- Meets reasonable expectations as established by the Operations Manual.
- Attends special meetings as scheduled by the Restaurant Manager.
Job responsibilities of this role may involve exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 15 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Positions may also need to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 25 pounds.
We will work around school schedules.
