Automation Personnel Services, Inc in Decatur is currently looking for Production Associates in Hartselle.
Positions are 11: 00am-7: 00pm or 2nd shift (3pm-11pm and 12 hour shifts available) Must have flexibility to train on 1st (7: 00am-3pm) and work assigned shift
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Productions Associates must have production experience in a manufacturing environment
Must produce and/or aid in the production of good quality parts.
Must stock the splicer tables with appropriate stock.
Must complete accurate shipping labels and attach to the appropriate boxes.
Must aid in packing the finished gaskets.
Must assemble and set up shipping boxes.
Must be able to package product with boxes in production style fashion
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be able to perform similar job-related duties as assigned.
Must be able to maintain a clean work area.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must have the ability to read, write, speak and understand English well.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide accurately.
Must be extremely dependable and capable of working with little or no supervision.
Must have the ability to lift 35 pounds.
Pay rate is $9.00 an hour starting
Drug Screen required
Temporary to permanent positions depending on performance and attendance.
