General Office Clerk

Location: Norcross

1st Shift - 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

$14.00-15.00 Temp-to-hire

Summary:

One of our top clients has an immediate opening for a general office clerk. If you are someone who is career focused, self motivated and prefers working in a fast paced environment, this is an awesome opportunity with a company that has excellent employee benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via e-mail and phone
  • Use judgement and problem solving skills in resolving customer issues
  • Prints off orders, enters POs, generates packing slips
  • Scanning invoices to corporate office in a timely manner
  • Tracks inventory on hand
  • Works with plant manager to replenish inventory
Requirements:
  • Must have basic computer skills
  • Must have intermediate level knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must have basic warehouse math skills including ability to accurately read a ruler and convert fractions to decimals
  • Must be an energetic, self starter, and career minded
  • Must have recent prior experience providing customer service to the general public
  • Must be willing to submit to a thorough background check and drug screen
