Line & Prep Cooks & Dish Up To $20/Hr-Base + Tips

Candidates should have professional kitchen experience, experience working a hot line and grill and dishwashing station

Responsibilities include:

• Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance standards set by the recipe book
• Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food on the line -Food preparation and portioning prior to service
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Prepping based on prep list
• Dishwashing -1-2 Years Experience in a restaurant enviornment is desired, as is basic understanding of English & Spanish
• Must have a flexible schedule
