About this job

Key Accountabilities:
  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and referring applicants for warehouse, and clerical, positions.
  • Follow up and track all aspects of employment, such as completing employment forms, notifying the department of interview times and employee's starting date.
  • Assist with all recruitment efforts.
  • Post and update all open positions.
  • Act as liaison with area temporary agencies.
  • Complete weekly reports on employment activity

Skill Summary:
  • Strong PC knowledge which include MS Excel, Word; Access is a plus
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • HS diploma or equivalent
