What you’ll do:
A Sourcer / Talent Acquisition Representative is responsible for providing the highest level of sourcing initiatives and placement of qualified candidates to Hiring Managers. This position will manage the sourcing, prescreening, scheduling and continuous follow up for a given territory, including both in and out of state locations. Outstanding communication skills is critical, as this position is the face of Whelan Event Services to every exceptional candidate we source and strive to successfully recruit.

What you’ve done:
You have a unique combination of skills, talents and mindset, including:

• Recent experience working in a fast-paced environment that involves a high-volume of incoming/outgoing requests and a proven ability to effectively organize and respond to all inquiries in a timely fashion
• Demonstrated experience, or a desire to learn, multiple facets of Human Resources, including Full Life Cycle Recruitment and would love the opportunity to add multi-state experience to your resume
• Extensive experience with high volume of outbound calls (100+/day)
• You’re most comfortable and engaged in an environment where there are multiple priorities, sometimes changing last minute, that require immediate attention
• You come from a background that’s eager to solve problems and help resolve open issues. Leaving an obstacle unresolved keeps you up at night

Extra Credit:

• Prior experience in recruitment and/or human resources
• You are bilingual in Spanish / English languages
