Human Resources Generalist

A large Automotive Supplier has an immediate opening for an HR Generalist to join their team.

This person will be assisting the HR Manager with Payroll, Benefits, FMLA, employee files and other documentation. They will also assist in hiring by conducting interviews, working with hiring managers and attending job fairs. There are two facilities, and this person will spend time at both locations.

Must Have:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent years of HR experiences in a Manufacturing Facility
• 1+ year of Recruiting experience
• 1+ year of Employee Benefits experience
• 1+ year of new start and on-boarding experience

Would be Nice:

• Experience in the Automotive Industry
• TS and 16949 knowledge

Standard work week is M-F 8-5 with some OT required
