Entry Level Customer Service Rep - $14/hr - $15/hr - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently seeking customer service representatives for a corporate human relations company in North Phoenix!

Location: I-17 & Bell Rd

Shift: 11am - 8pm or 12pm - 9pm

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Answers inbound calls regarding questions around employee 401k products
• Manages and prioritizes workload daily to meet or exceed established department productivity and quality expectations to guarantee client satisfaction and to ensure client follow up occurs within established time frames.
  Completes all training needed to develop retention skills necessary to mitigate client losses.
  Attends ongoing trainings to enhance product, system and payroll knowledge resulting in a higher level of customer service.
  Provides additional support of the Participant Service Center, as needed, to handle call volumes.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency
• 1 year of customer service experience within the last 2-3 years
• Experience using Microsoft systems
• Ability to be sincere and calm within a stressful situation
• Willing to submit to drug screen and background check

This is not a typical call center where you're up selling or need to hit a daily call number. As long as the client / customer is satisfied at the end of the call, that is all that matters.
