Sales Associates
Employees are responsible for providing exceptional customer service through friendly greeting and consistent attention, ensuring customers have a pleasurable shopping experience. They must also restock new merchandise and maintain the sales floor.
Key Holders
Employees are responsible for maintaining the store in management’s absence to ensure it is always kept to the customer’s standards. Opening and closing the store in accordance with posted hours. As well as job duties listed above for a sales associate.
Management
Employees are responsible for allocating all resources to maximize store’s efficiency and meet sales goals. They must have great communication skills, being able to maintain positive team morale and motivate a team to success. Build a solid foundation for sales team by leading by example. They must mold a strong team through successful training, clear directives, and continual coaching. Be able to maintain stores inventory, visuals, and cleanliness at all times through organization and planning, as well as all job duties listed above for a key holder.
