Payroll Implementation Specialist - Full-time / Part-time

Job Summary:

A human resources integrated solutions provider is seeking a Payroll Implementation Specialist to join their team. This candidate should have the ability to consistently execute payroll implementation process and methodologies, conduct needs analysis to determine appropriate workforce management solution requirements for new or existing clients, oversees accurate, timely, and successful installation and conversion of company product solutions through the entire implementation cycle, as well as validate and test solutions to ensure accuracy of client set up variables. This candidate will be responsible for assessing the appropriate methods and identify resources for the implementation of client data to company systems and software, tests the product, as well as consulting on the installation of client site software and equipment while coordinating technical support to resolve issues. This candidate will also be responsible to provide client support including seeking client feedback on the products and service to ensure a quality implementation experience for the client.

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Position Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Pay: Starting at $44,000 annually commensurate with experience

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm  

Qualifications:

• Degree preferred, but not required
• 2-3 years of Payroll processing experience required.
• 2+ years of business to business client service interface (OR equivalent education and experience and basic project management skills).
• Strong service orientation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) preferred, but not required
