Assistant Restaurant General Managers

We are looking for managers who have over a year of experience running shifts and who want to be developed and to grow quickly into an Assistant Manager role and beyond!

As a SHIFT LEAD, you support the Restaurant General Manager (“RGM”) by running great shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seek help when needed, and enjoy helping and training others.

As an ASSISTANT MANAGER, you support the RGM by managing great shifts and completing administrative duties. In the absence of the RGM, you provide the leadership necessary to make sure the restaurant consistently operates to Taco Bell standards. You assist the RGM with facility maintenance, finding/hiring and developing great Team Members and Shift Leads, and making sure health and safety standards are met.

Starting pay for experienced managers is between $11-$12/hr. And Assistant Managers can expect to earn between $12.25-$13/hr, plus up to $500/month in added performance-based bonuses.
