Our Kitchen Managers are our 'Kitchen Leaders'

As a Kitchen Manager, you will work alongside our Service Manager and Pack Leaders to ensure our kitchen and back of house operations run smoothly. You will train, mentor and lead our Pack Members to become future Kitchen Managers. With the guidance of our restaurant Pack Leaders, you will follow our systems and core values to maintain a clean kitchen, safe environment, delicious food and positive atmosphere.  

ABOUT YOU:

You Professionally Have...

• 1+ years experience in restaurant management
• Worked in fast casual restaurant chains before (ideally but not required)
• Management or leadership experience preferred (ideally but not required)
• Manager's food safety certification (ServSafe Manager's Certification) and experience in ensuring safe food handling at scale (ideally but not required)

You Personally Have...

• A passion for mentoring and training other people to become leaders
• Listening skills that let you understand the people in your pack and what motivates them
• Awareness to see how kitchen operations play into the overall restaurant picture
• A knack for learning about and maintaining equipment
• An ability to learn, follow and teach our exact recipes so we can maintain excellent food quality and consistency
• An obsession with keeping a kitchen spotless and sanitized
• A desire to be a part of something bigger than yourself and to leave each pack member in a better place than you found them
