We are currently hiring an RN NURSE SUPERVISOR to work approximately 10-15 hours/week to visit clients in their homes in Morris & Passaic Counties. There is the potential for hours to increase over time.

- Perform in-home assessments and develop/implement/modify Care Plans accordingly
- Clinically supervise Caregivers in the clients' home
- Administer Skills Competency tests for Certified Home Health Aides
- Current valid NJ Board of Nursing RN license
- Experience in Home Care Nursing
- Experience with assessments and care plans
- Superior written and verbal communication
- Ability to be self-motivated and organized
- Ability to function well in a team environment
