Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordinating data analysis across the global meetings, travel and T&E/card areas
Partner with internal service owners of global meetings, travel and T&E/card to determine the value-added data and insights that are required by the customers of each service to better manage their business
As agreed with service owners, provide regular spend and metric reporting to GBS, regional and functional leaders
Work directly with global finance staff to provide data and insights to support budget decisions
Provide training to internal staff doing analysis on the meetings and travel categories to enable these individuals to do self-service reporting
Oversee systems and analysis resources at meetings, travel, and card providers to ensure that we are receiving complete and accurate data in a timely Manner
When appropriate, provide training to finance/business users so that they may use self-service reporting in third party systems (e.g. Concur, TMC systems, Lanyon)
Partner with GSS and finance teams to analyze trends and identify savings opportunities

Basic Qualifications:

Master’s degree
OR
Bachelor’s degree AND 2 years of Finance experience
OR
Associate’s degree AND 6 years of Finance experience
OR
High school diploma / GED AND 8 years of Finance experience

Preferred Qualifications:

2 or more years relevant experience in Finance/Accounting functions experience
Advanced Microsoft Office Experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Past experience working in or supporting any of the areas for which this role will perform analysis (i.e. meetings, travel and T&E/corporate card)
Experience working with any of the following systems and/or vendors: SAP, Concur, Lanyon, American Express
Detailed-oriented and highly motivated
Proven ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and team environment
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under time pressure
