Catering Director - Full-time

Chick-fil-A University at Mill is seeking a self-motivated Catering Director with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and expectations.

The Catering Director will be charged with assisting the Marketing Team with generating food and beverage sales through both in-restaurant pick-up and catering delivery avenues. The Catering Director will also ensure the successful execution of pick-up and delivery catering orders. This individual is responsible for directing team members involved in the catering operations, preparing foodproduct, supplies, Temperature Management System (TMS) bags, etc for events as needed: performing set-up (and when required the clean-up) of the event area; and loading, transporting, and unloading catering product, TMS bags, supplies, etc, for events. Additional duties include completing all necessary paperwork, and ensuring compliance to company's food safety process.

Essential Responsibilities

• Must show excellent character and be a positive example to the team both inside and outside of Chick-fil-A.
• Work with the Operator and Marketing Team to establish and revise sales growth strategies.
• Maintain clear communication with restaurant management staff regarding upcoming/pending sales orders.
• Network in the surrounding community as a means of attracting newcustomers.
• Maintain and service existing customer accounts.
• Provide extraordinary customer service by building quality relationships with customers and following up on all customer requests in a timely manner.
• Meet regularly with the Marketing Team and Operator to discuss sales goal progression.
• Meal transportation and setup of delivery and pick up orders.
• Assist with production and execution of catering orders.

Compensation

• Starting hourly wage: $18.00
