The Sales Receptionist position is located at our main office in Okmulgee, OK and serves as the face of our company by being the main telephone operator as well as the sole security checkpoint to all visitors. This position also serves as a support role for all salesmen under the direction of the Vice President of Sales. To be successful in this position, applicants must be driven to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional attitude to all, be proficient in using Microsoft Office, and have the required amount of technical skills be trained to use inventory management and customer resource management software. Applicants will also be expected to conduct research, proof-read contracts and other documents, coordinate conventions for salesmen, book all travel arrangements for salesmen, input data into software systems, administer e-marketing campaigns, as well as other clerical duties assigned within the sales office. The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented and have organizational skills to multitask and coordinate with success.

Requirements

Job Requirements
* Lift up to 30 pounds
* High school diploma/GED
* 1-3 years' customer service experience
* Additional education is a plus
* Second language, especially Spanish, is a plus
* Time and Attendance are essential in this position

Additional Information
Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30pm Monday-Friday

Success in this position requires:
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, phones, customer service, communication with many different personalities
* Skills in people and communication, learn different software programs, good follow up skills
* The ability to handle high stress situations with customers while maintaining professionalism at all times; interact with visitors in a pleasant manner; firmly handle situations with incoming parties or infractions of visitor protocol; self-motivated and takes initiative; flexible when other duties are assigned by direct supervisor
