The ideal candidate will have:

  • Requires at least two years of construction industry
  • Strong Word and Excel
  • Interface daily with tenants, engineering and vendors in response to tenant and contractor inquiries and property issues.
  • Code invoices for accounts payable.
  • Coordinate of construction bid walks and project bidding for construction management department.
  • Assist with contract management including establishing contract specifications, and issuance of new service and construction contracts utilizing company contract documents.
  • Track tenant and vendor insurance certificates.  Report to manager on a monthly basis those tenants that are in default.
  • An Associate or Bachelor’s degree
