About this job
Escondido firm seeks a Claims Analyst who can build positive relationships with clients, carriers and fellow team members, while assisting with daily claims intake.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Familiarity with lines of coverage and policy structure and language.
- Detailed claims intake and processing skills.
- Expertise in Excel spreadsheets and other Microsoft programs — especially Word.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, telephone etiquette, and follow up and follow through
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 - 4 years related work experience preferred
