We are searching for a sales admin for a local gaming company!

 

This position will manage the flow of all orders through the business starting with the initial receipt through the various departments as needed. The position is accountable to perform a variety of follow up items to ensure the product promised to the customer is on schedule and on quality is accurate.

 

You will process all requests for contracts, game configurations, field trials, conversions and removals for an assigned set of regional customers. Includes order entry, order research, confirming compliance in the region the product is ordered, auditing work and ensuring that the sales order is complete as written or questioning whether order details are accurate for producing the product.

 

Duties:

 

  • Configures order using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and other available systems.
  • Coordinates with Marketing to obtain hardware and software approval statuses and prioritizes pending orders accordingly.  Assesses order completeness, and wait times for compliance and legal reviews interfacing with all departments as needed to ensure proper delivery of products to the customer.
  • Communicates and coordinates customer requested delivery dates with Service Delivery, Games Scheduler and Conversions Scheduler to obtain proper build dates.
  • Determines whether the product can be delivered on schedule based on contractual demands and approvals required by legal, compliance and finance in coordination with the current build schedule.
  • Monitors each order’s progression, troubleshoots issues preventing shipment, and coordinates with internal departments for resolution.
  • Makes direct contact with customers on each order to confirm order contents including themes, peripherals, quantities, bank layouts and shipping requirements; ensuring order accuracy.
  • Assists with special projects as required.  

 

 Required:

 

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.  High school diploma required.
  • Requires a minimum of 3 years of customer facing experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in order fulfillment or sales administration in a highly regulated environment.
