Procurement Coordinator

In this role you’ll be responsible for ensuring our offices and buildings across our expanding network are equipped for success.  This is a multi-faceted role that includes inventory management, sourcing & procurement, customer service, shipping and packaging of items, forecasting and some IT.  This is a great role for individuals starting out in their career who are willing to learn multiple aspects of a business, work hard and have fun.

What you'll do:

• Partner with IT on configuration management and other functions in direct support of the acquisition life cycle.
• Drive execution activities for national procurement of goods and services for our internal staff and operational needs.
• Partner with Accounts Payable to ensure fixed assets are accurately tracked by location and spend allocations are processed on time.
• Communicate effectively and timely with internal customers for status updates.
• Develop a strong understanding and knowledge of suppliers and capabilities.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively across different organizational levels, functions, businesses, and geographies to meet procurement goals and objectives.
• Identify and drive process improvements.

What you'll need:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong organizational skills, high level of accuracy and detail oriented.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Outlook and MS office products.

• Self-motivated to identify and optimize current and new technology as business solutions.
• Be able to work independently, prioritize and handle ambiguous tasks and deliver timely results.
• Demonstration of strong multitasking, problem solving, and organizational skills in a fast paced and fluid environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adjust schedule to be present during changing business needs.
