Purpose and Scope: Responsible for assisting in the definition, approval and development of constructions, patterns and of components for footwear. Primary duties include creating an organized system for development submits and confirmation sample libraries as well as sample ordering, tracking, check in and pass off. Key Responsibilities:Create off-line global sample PO's from target reports, assign PO numbers, pass off to factoriesCoordinate sales and rigging sample tracking, check in, and hand-off to appropriate partiesManage customs clearance issues for US bound samples to insure successful deliveryAssist in problem solving sample delivery issues for Global PartnersCommunicate sample receipt statistics for market activitiesSupport statistical receipt pass off to Production Ops , facilitating SAP sample order processManage sample label dispatch, replacement and information accuracyCreate photo library of all sales samples and exclusive rigging samplesPull statistical data from PLM, contribute to KPI managementTrack, receive, and ship packages of submits through development cycleManage coding for department / off line sample PO invoices through Ariba procurement system. Confirm receipt of product as billedResponsible for trafficking , managing PLM comments, and physical library of approved confirmation samplesMaintain CTR by brand to manage complete and timely confirmation sample submits through approvalProvide assistance with PLM by managing images and entering product ready commentsOrganize dropped samples for sample sale

Requirements:Bachelor's Degree2-4 years of experience in Product Development / Pre-Production of Accessories (Handbags/Small Leather Goods) ProductExcellent organization skills, detail oriented and strong communication skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsKnowledge of ACS and PLM /WEB PDM a plusAbility to travel as needed
