Tapia Financial Services represents a national company that delivers financial solutions to middle market American families. We have an IMMEDIATE need for Sales Representatives, Managers and Field Underwriters in your area to assist with the large amount of responses our marketing has generated.

Full time and part time positions available. Leadership opportunities also available due to the success of this project.

Our clients have responded via direct mail and the web with personal information regarding Mortgage Protection plans and are asking to enroll in these solutions.

Job Duties:

• Call potential clients to expand customer base

• Interview prospective clients to get data about their financial resources and discuss existing coverage

• Explain the features of various policies

• Analyze clients’ current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes

• Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients needs

• Policy renewals

• Maintain electronic and paper records

• Assist policyholders settle claims

Compensation:

·         Program compensates field interviewer once the policy is issued.

·         Typically within 2-10 business days.

·         $550 avg per family helped.
