Job Summary:


POSITION PURPOSE

Support Catering Sellers to enable them to maximize their selling time. Manage property requests to the multi property sales department and vice versa.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Average % of time)

75% Create contracts, proposals, addendums, thank you letters and other customer correspondence for Catering Sellers. Liaise with Accounting in regards to billing, commission, deposits, no-show waives, etc. Phone coverage and assist clients as needed. Complete BEO’s and assist with any necessary updates. Process SPP points. Coordinate turnovers with Catering leaders and property.

25% Assist with creation and print production of catering related collateral. Compile sales kits and client gifts. Coordinate catering client reservation requests and liaise with Call Center. Collect and route favors for catering clients. Update lists and communicate new hires and changes.

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Strong administration, organization and follow-through abilities
  • Present and represent all hotels in their specific brand voice
  • Strong customer interaction skills
  • Superior time management and ability to multi-task
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience
Previous hotel experience is preferred
