Mission

The mission of this position is to perform any and all tasks, as taught and assigned by the management team. Krewe are hired to work all stations and perform all responsibilities associated with their assigned position to deliver the highest quality product, consistently, in a clean and friendly environment.

Responsibilities - Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities

1. Krewe work in a team environment to provide excellent service and high quality food in a clean, friendly, and fun atmosphere. As a krewe employee you will;

• Prepare Food
• Provide quality guest service
• Work as a team to keep the restaurant clean and safe
• Follow proper procedures to ensure food safety
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Arrives and ready to work as scheduled

Skills

1. Krewe Members must assimilate Company policies and procedures through the On-The-Job Training Program.
2. Krewe Members must be able to take verbal and visual directions from management to complete assigned tasks.

Qualifications

1. Must be at least 16 years of age.
2. Must have the legal right to work and live in the United States.

Krewe regularly climb, lift, and carry to perform their work. Weights carried and lifted will range up to 35 pounds.
