About this job
I need someone every OTHER week on a variable schedule with my part time job. I typically work 1-3 days on those weeks and know at least 2 weeks in advance what my schedule will be. My shifts are typically until 5:30 p.m. This is an as needed basis. My youngest (18 months son) would need care the whole day while I work but my oldest (7-year-old son) would just need after school care on my scheduled days.
