Home Instead Senior Care-Toledo, Ohio is currently seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper (20-25 hours/week). This position would entail posting information to accounting software programs such as invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices. The bookkeeper may also reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy. 

Main Accountabilities 
  • Manage client accounts by posting payments, making deposits, and creating invoices
  • Monitor office supply levels and reorder as necessary
  • Ensure all receivables are collected promptly
  • Post and pay supplier invoices in a timely manner
  • Provide information to the external accountant who creats the company's financial statements
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested

Desired Qualifications:

The bookkeeper candidate should have an Associate's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience, as well as a knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles. Preference will be given to candidates with a working knowledge of the QuickBooks accounting software package.
