Express Employment is recruiting for a Manager of Utility Operations. This position will work with Gas refinery. Position is with a well-established company in New Mexico. It will require both field work with some travel and office work. The company offers benefits.
Duties:
- Regulations compliance with all PHMSA regulations pertaining to pipeline safety
- System Design
- Operations experience with Gas and Oil Market
- Managed a strong team of 40+ employees
- Construction Project Management
- Budget development and review
- Problem solving of day to day operations
- Microsoft Office proficiency is required: Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering. Qualified candidate must also have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in the natural gas utility and regulatory compliance industry and operational knowledge of the plumbing, construction, or facility management industry.
