Description:
This critical role serves to provide cross-functional coordination of internal and external M&M's Retail resources to ensure the effective execution of our strategies. ?Through deep partnerships with key stakeholders, the individual will be responsible include provide the business with a clear understanding of the collective progress against critical milestones for both pre-season and in-season activities. ?This includes the development, management and continual improvement of the integrated enterprise calendar. ?Further, the candidate will be responsible to ensure clear communication and collaboration among all cross-functional partners. ?This individual is a pivotal leader within the M&M's Retail business and will be a significant contributor in the company's success.


Principal Accountabilities:?


??? ?Manage Seasonal Business Planning Process
? ? ?o?? ?Manage the integrated enterprise calendar to ensure all parties and functions are aware of, and adhere to, agreed-upon dates.
? ? ?o?? ?Partner with Merchants, Design, Quality, Marketing, Planning, Logistics and Finance teams to identify any new or shifting requirements and resolve any risks to the launch of any strategic activity.
? ? ?o?? ?Ensure that any operational challenges are quickly identified, escalated and resourced to drive towards quick & timely resolution.
? ? ?o?? ?Drive accountability throughout the end to end business to ensure the timely, accurate and efficient delivery of all milestones.
? ? ?o?? ?Drive organizational transparency and effective communication among all stakeholders.
? ? ?o?? ?Serve as a business process champion by reinforcing deliverables, ways of working and accountabilities.
? ? ?o?? ?Create a reporting to create a common understanding timelines, opportunities and risks.


??? ?Business Process Optimization
? ? ?o?? ?Using insight gathered from internal and external stakeholders, seek to continually refine our integrated calendar to improve collaboration, efficiency and timeliness. ?
? ? ?o?? ?Evolve M&M's Retail business processes to meet shifting needs of our consumers, our partners and our stakeholders.
? ? ?o?? ?Work closely with our key functions to identify business process opportunities and implement strategies that can drive efficiency gains and improve the way we communicate with our internal and external customers.
? ? ?o?? ?Provide insight through the effective mining and analysis of business process data.

Key Functional Skills/Knowledge?
??? ?Minimum of 6 years of progressive responsibility in Retail Business Operations, Business Optimization, Project Management or Sales & Operations Planning. (S&OP)
??? ?Experience in working in a multi-channel / multi-geography retail business
??? ?Strong stakeholder management and proven influencing skills
??? ?Experience managing multiple projects, with PMP certification considered an asset.
??? ?Highly organized, accurate and calendar driven, with ability to handle many competing priorities.
??? ?Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision
??? ?Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel / MS Project
??? ?Experience with SAP/ERP an Asset
??? ?Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all aspects of the business


Qualifications and Competencies?
??? ?The successful candidate will have degree level qualification in Business, Engineering, Finance or other relevant discipline.
??? ?Experience in Project Management, Planning, Supply chain, finance or operations preferred.
