Position Summary: The Trouble Liaison Team Lead will be responsible for coordinating activities of team members in Conjunction and in absence of supervisor. Ensure team members are working safe and accurately following guidelines. Train team members in job duties to standards. Will be required to perform same duties as the Trouble Liaison associate. Fast paced Dynamic distribution environment.


Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure scheduled trouble appointments labeled, Quality Audited and received in a timely manner
• Consult and work with supervisors and employees
• Maintain, clean and organize Trouble area
• Research; Troubleshooting
• Communicate detailed discrepancies to Trouble group via email
• Data Entry
• Scanning cases using RF (radio frequency ) technology
• Open Cartons
• Sort cartons
• Monthly accruals (audit)
• Write Manuals
• All other duties as assigned

Education and Qualifications: Ability to read. Basic math skills. Basic knowledge of computer operations, good communication skills, basic math skills, ability to work independently, attention to detail, results oriented, and ability to work as part of a high performance team.

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Licenses/Certification/Registration: N/A

Experience: Warehouse or Distribution knowledge preferred
