Closing duties include customer service , serving quality product as well as cleaning restaurant and equipment for the next day. Closing shifts range between 4pm -1am and 5pm -2am.
Must be able to lift 20lbs or more. Must have own transportation. Closers/ Night Hawks are responsible for breaking down and cleaning all equipment as well as cleaning floors and areas for next day. Closers also make sure restaurant is stocked and ready to go for breakfast. All closers leave at the same time so teamwork and assisting others is a most.
