Home Care Consultant Goals:
-Build trusting relationships with referral providers. Ask them to refer patients, residents, or clients to Home Instead for professional caregiving services.
-Engage in a variety of marketing, networking, and promotional activities to enhance Home Instead’s reputation in the community so that more families will inquire about our services.
-Follow a written marketing plan to achieve measurable, time-bound objectives. Submit weekly progress reports to manager.

-I have worked in healthcare and specifically with or for the elderly.
-I am warm, friendly, and influential. I am interested in people and like to meet new people.
-My written and spoken communication is clear, thoughtful, and engaging. I am a good listener.
-I am organized and have good systems to manage my time and keep my work in order.
-I have balanced judgment. I am positive. My inner strength gives me confidence and purpose.
