Duties& Responsibilities Greets and servicesmembers in a courteous and professional manner
* Maintains LifeCafe and kitchen cleanliness, including sweeping,mopping, cleaning kitchen equipment, and washing dishes
* Uses LifeCafe products and supplies according to departmentguidelines
* Follows recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and quality ofingredients
* Preps and stocks the daily needs for the Bistro including someprep work
* Upholds the LifeCafe commitment which promises a menu that is goodfor you and delicious with service that is friendly and fast
* Promotes all Life Time programs, products and services
* Adheres to safety, team up for success prior to business security, and OSHA standards and requirements
* Manages the flow of food production in conjunction with the pantry, grill, and expo stations
* Receives orders from vendors
Essential Functions
* Abilityto work in a stationery position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periodsof time
* Abilityto communicate and exchange information with guests who have inquiries aboutLife Time retail /food products and services.
* Abilityto routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs

Education & Experience
* Highschool diploma or GED
* Previousrestaurant experience with fast casual or full service experience preferred
* Previousexperience prepping recipes preferred
* Abilityto stand for long periods of time prepping ingredients
Licenses /Certifications / Registrations
* ServSafe certification required within the first 90 days of hire
* CPR/AED certificationrequired within the first 30 days of hire
