Laurel Parc Senior Living at Bethany Village is hiring a F/T RN Case Manager and offering a $1,500 Hire-on Bonus ($750 at 90 days and $750 at 180 days).  We seek a passionate Nurse who loves working with older adults. This dream position focuses solely on assessing resident care needs and assuring that the coordination of care provided is done so with compassion and outstanding customer service. The multifaceted successful case manager will possess the following skills:

• Outstanding passion and understanding of older adult needs

• Excellent assessment skills

• Minimum 2 years RN Experience

• Great teaching skills for residents, families and staff members

• Clear and concise documentation skills

• Clear and compassionate communication skills

• Ability to delegate minimal nursing tasks to non-licensed personnel

• Be highly organized

• Willing to learn new things

• Possess an OREGON State RN license that is in good standing
