Assistant Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Famous Anthony's heart and soul of the business resides in the kitchen. In keeping with tradition, our kitchens are open and we manage from the kitchen. In addition to cooking, our Assistant Managers are responsible for assisting the General Manager. This includes managing the daily operation of our restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of team members. In addition, they assist with inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.

Job Requirements
The position requires a majority of time spent on your feet in a fast paced kitchen, controlling the quality and pace of the food being prepared while concurrently managing the restaurant. Our Assistant Managers must be able to coach and motivate team members, enforce sanitary practices, minimize waste and control labor costs. Previous management experience in a restaurant is required.
