Earn up to $1000/wk , Multi Unit fast food operator in New Jersey is looking for Construction Supervisor for Central Jersey - South Jersey to plan a variety of construction projects and oversee their progress in a timely and cost-effective manner
The employee must demonstrate a consistent ability to perform all of the following.
PLANNING
- Read and thoroughly understand Construction plans, specifications, and other project related documents.
- Oversee and direct construction projects from start to completion
- Review the work progress on daily basis and report it to the Franchisee.
- Make sure all permits and inspections take place in accordance to Township and construction codes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Minimum 1 Year experience in construction and building.
- Supervisory experience.
- Strong communications skills. Thorough and attentive to details.
