About this Opportunity
  • Lead a guest focused, fast, fun and friendly team.
  • Keep food freshly stocked, maintain clean production and dining areas.
  • Coach and evaluate team members on food safety, guest service, and brand standards
  • Prepare fresh, made-to-order, quality products every day.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have supervisory experience (preferably in food service industry).
  • Use appropriate tools and processes to maintain optimum inventory.
  • Meet department goals for service, payroll and expense control.
  • Quickly and accurately take guest orders, produce fresh menu items, and engage with guests from start to finish.
  • Ensure the team is trained and knowledgeable on all processes and promotions.
