Drive a theft prevention culture by effectively leveraging (internal and external) partners, processes, physical security strategies, and merchandise protection standards. Conduct apprehensions adhering to AP Directives. Identify and resolve theft issues while demonstrating good judgment and critical thinking through high-quality cases and productive apprehension efforts. Drive a safe and secure culture, focused on physical security, incident preventions and incident response.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent. Use strong interviewing and interpersonal skills. Confront guests or team members calmly and respectfully. Handle information with accuracy, security and confidentiality. Move around all areas of the store quickly and discretely. Make sure critical equipment is functioning properly.
