Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Records Management Coordinator for a 3+ month contract opportunity in Las Vegas NV with our partner, a rate-regulated utility company that provides reliable, affordable and environmentally responsible energy to customers in Iowa, Illinois, South Dakota and Nebraska.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent Organization and planning skills
  • 3years related experience.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work with all levels of an organization; ability to work as a member of a team.
  • Proficient with word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and presentation applications.
  • Must apply judgment in daily tasks.
  • Ability to work well under time constraints and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Experience in a changing, fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Must handle multiple tasks and time-sensitive projects.

Requirements

  • Responsible for maintaining a computerized and manual records system including but not limited to the posting, scanning, and retrieval of all land-related documents.
  • Maintain organized record research files/rooms for document retention and disposition of department records and documents.
  • Provide direction to administrative staff and ROW Agents in ensuring accurate and efficient documentation for Lands records.
  • This position will also provide research of land records for internal departments.

Additional Information

  • 40 hour work week
  • 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday
  • 1 hour Lunch
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Data entry experience required
