Summary
Sr Mobile Device Admin
Candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Operations Mgr. & MDC Supervisor in the development, maintenance & enforcement of device securities, policies, and images. The MDAS (Mobile Device Admin Sr) will also work with IT and other vendors to complete required server updates and application certifications. The MDAS will report to the Mobile Device Center Supervisor and will be responsible for assisting with training & documentation for the Mobile Device & Support Center staff. This person will be required to perform on-going monitoring of device securities & policies and help to insure security compliance and procurement of in-transit devices. They will create and maintain auto notifications of violations to our field devices and managers regarding set policies and provide personal communications when required. The MDAS must be a strong team player and will provide regular reporting and verbal deliverables to all Operations management & Supervisors. The MDAS will be required to communicate effectively & work provide best in class support & service to various levels of associates & customers to help assist with Mobile Device issues. The MDAS will have a high level of data access and will be required to keep this information secure & confidential. The MDAS will provide approved data & reporting to Retail or HR as directed by authorized management & supervisors.
