JOB SUMMARY:

The Incoming Mail Clerk is responsible for batching and sorting contracts. As the initial step in delivery of our products, this position is the critical step in correctly batching and sorting contracts prior to scanning. This position will interact with other employees in the Technology Center to identify issues requiring further review and/or changes in process.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Production based environment
  • Batching and Sorting prior to scanning
  • Applying proper cover sheets for proper categorizing and processing of contracts
  • Strict turnaround time lines – all documents must be processed in the same day
  • High profile and accountability as this is the first step in the processing of the product

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to multi task and work with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to batching sort documents as outlined
  • Ability to be proactive in workflow
  • Ability to identify contracts missing required information to process.
  • Strong team player, and dependability is essential
  • Detail oriented, extremely high Integrity in work, and ability to understand importance of selecting correct information

JOB RELAVENT EXPERIENCE:

  • Prefer 1 year prior experience in a production-based work environment
  • Proficiency in software systems applications

JOB-RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

  • Computer Literate in a Windows based computer environments
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes within the workflow and work environment.

Hours of Operation - 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
