About this job
PCA for our 21-year-old developmentally disabled son. Care mostly provided in our home. $13/hr. Weekdays (some or all) from 5pm-8/9 p.m. and weekends (flexible hours)
Our son requires support in all aspects of daily living. He walks with support so you must be physically fit enough to support him (he's only 95 pounds and 5'7" but you need to be tall enough for leverage during transitions). Great opportunity if you're currently in, or studying to be in, a healthcare or special needs profession.
Must have reliable transportation, driver's license and insurance.
Must be able to pass the background check and online training course.
Previous experience would be helpful but not required.
