My father is disabled recently discharged from the hospital. Needs help with making actual meals not just microwaveable. He needs improve healthy eating, he can drive but shouldn't, band there for someone who has a car is a must to run small errands or appointments. Doesn't need a lot of help primarily going to the bathroom. Cognitively he is fine he just needs someone who can help in cooking, cleaning, errands, shopping, and some to let his boarder collie out. He needs the companionship of someone being there just in case since he does live alone.
Services Needed: Light Housekeeping, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Care Concerns: Mobility.
