Before School Care, Occasional After School Care

Looking for someone 2-3 days a week who can be at our house around 6 a.m. and get two 6-year-olds ready for school and on the bus. Must be able to transport my son to school if needed (we're still waiting on the school to set up his transportation). Would also love it if the person could be available for occasional after school care, kids sick days, last minute snow days, and even an occasional date night. Must be reliable and have reliable transportation. My son has Down syndrome and is nonverbal. He's also a flight risk so I need someone responsible that will pay close attention to him. Our sitter in our last area was like family to us and we're hoping to find someone like that here.
