Document Administrator - Deer Park, TX. The positions are working on-site with top petro-chemical company in LaPorte, TX. The position is a long-term contract assignment. The candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs and document and records retention experience highly preferred. Job duties consist of: Plans, implements and maintains electronic Document Management System file share Plans, implements and maintains hardcopy Document Management System library Works on small and large Document Management System projects, configurations and provide status updates to Document Management System Coordinator Communicates Document Management System updates to personnel via Management of Change from Document Management System Coordinator Create necessary binders for a library using Web based Electronic Document Management System Link documentation into Web based Electronic Document Management System, sets review dates and document ownership Works with Operating Discipline Management System Coordinator to ensure conformance of Operating Discipline Management System elements Element Focal Point for element 5.03.03 (Document and Records Management) Performs gap analysis for identified element of Operating Discipline Management System 5.03.03 Close gaps from Operating Discipline Management System self-assessments Provide Document & Records Management input into an Management System Review Coordinates document slotting and movement for created or modified documentation Works with Document Management System Coordinator to resolve any Document Management System related issues. Works with Operating Discipline Management System Element / Section Owners in implementing and maintaining documents and records for each section. Provide training and coaching on the Document Management System to Section Owners and Users. Provide support to department with procedure formatting. Provide training resources, material relative to Document Management System. Conducts Document Management System Checklists, participates in audits, as appropriate   Requirements: High School Diploma 2+ years of related experience with hard copy/electronic document control/records retention Proficient with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Must be able to lift and bend Excellent Customer Service – will be communicating with all levels of employees Important Information: This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
