Job DescriptionSCHEDULE: Mon-Fri 7:30am to 4:30pm PAY: $16/hr. SEND RESUME TO: irme036@kellyservices.comJob Duties:Shipping:- Utilize the following equipment including but not limited to: propane, electric forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks and drum carts. Additionally, they will be required to access the Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system to obtain necessary information to facilitate their job functions. - Obtain customer sales orders from customer service department and any necessary Work Orders from the Director of Operations.- Pull finished goods off the shelves to fill the customer orders- Capture finished goods Lot#, quantity, date of manufacture and the total skid count and weight per sales order. All information is documented on sales order- Contact the appropriate carrier to arrange for item pick up- Return the completed sales order to customer service- Obtain the pack list, BOL and other shipping documentation from customer service and wrap and label the skids for shipment- Load appropriate materials onto the correct carrier- Time stamp and return shipping BOL paperwork to customer serviceReceiving:- Unload carrier when a delivery arrives- Obtain packing list, BOL and other documentation from incoming shipment- Obtain the Purchase Order from the ERP system- Cross check all documentation for verification, what was ordered, what was said shipped and what was actually received- Cross check lot# against established CofA data in the Quality System- Provide samples to the lab for verification based on Quality System specifications- Provide completed receiving documentation to Customer Service- Properly label all incoming materials and transfer from receiving hold area to the correct racking locationHealth, Safety, Security & Environment:- Ensures the organization pursues the highest standards of health, safety, security and environmental performance by ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations within all areas of operations. - Ensures all operations are conducted in a manner that promotes safe work practices and avoids risk to employees, neighbors and the environment.Quality:- Works to ensure that shipping is error free, i.e. product, weight, Lot#, container, location- Embraces the organizations quality standards and registrations.- Fosters the commitment necessary to understand, meet and, when possible, exceed our Customer's Requirements through the continuous improvement of our processes. - Is dedicated to delivering defect-free product on-time, first time all the timeQualifications:- This positions requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri 7:30am to 4:30pm PAY: $16/hr.
